Select the server your account is hosted and and supply your hosting username and password.
 
Once logged in, you can manage the domains, databases, email accounts, and billing information associated with your account.

Note: Databases and database editors are created in the databases section in your hosting control panel. For more information, please refer to the Database section in our Knowledgebase.

Domain Management
 
To manage domains purchased from us, login with your domain username, password, and the domain name. The domain name should be entered without any http or www, for instance just mydomain.com.
 
Please note: domain registration and domain hosting are separate. If you purchased your domain elsewhere, you will not be able to manage it here.

SiteBuilder
 
Enter your SiteBuilder username and password to login.
 
Note: SiteBuilder must be installed for your site before you can use it. To request a free installation, please open a Support Ticket. Be sure to let us know your hosting username, password, and which domain you would like SB installed on.

File Management (WebFTP)
 
Select the server your account is hosted on and enter your hosting username and password. In most cases, the ftp mode can be left as automatic.
 
Once logged in, you can use WebFTP to manage your files and directories. You can also view and edit code, zip and unzip files, and have files emailed to yourself.

Web Mail (@Mail)
 
Select the server your account is hosted on and enter your email address and the password you desginated for that mailbox. If you are using an older or non-standard browser (such as Safari or Opera), select the basic interface.
